摘要
中国共产党与民主党派60多年合作共事的关系,说明了多党合作、政治协商这一制度的强大生命力。新时期,中共与民主党派的合作共事形成了新的局面和特点,面临着新的问题和挑战。因此,我们必须在民主党派后备干部的培养选拔任用机制的完善上,在党与民主党派工作机制的建立上,在协商机制的规范上,在健全民主监督机制上,进行深入的探索与实践,使双方合作共事的内容更加丰富,程序设计更加规范,实施成效更加显著,为进一步推进多党合作发展奠定坚实基础。
60 years＇ working relationship in cooperation of CPC and Democratic Parties indicates the powerful vitality of the Multi-party Cooperation and Political Consultation System.In new period,the cooperation of CPC and Democratic Parties has formed a new working situation and characteristics,facing with new problems and challenges.Therefore,we must carry out an intensive exploration and practice in the improvement of Democratic Parties＇ reserved cadres＇ training,selection and appointment,in the establishment of the working mechanism for CPC and Democratic Parties,in the specification of democratic consultation mechanism,and in the perfection of democratic supervision mechanism,making both sides＇ cooperative content richer,programming design more standardized,and implementation effectiveness more significant,in order that the development of Multi-party Cooperation can be further pushed on and a solid foundation can be established.
