摘要
选择2006-07～2008-09山东大学口腔医院儿童牙科就诊的畸形中央尖患者36例,患牙58颗。分别采用调磨、Dycal直接盖髓、活髓切断术治疗畸形中央尖患牙,追踪观察2年,以了解不同治疗方法在预防畸形中央尖折断的临床疗效。总结分析以后,我们认为是早期局麻下去除中央尖用Dycal直接盖髓的方法更为可取。
58 abnormal central cusp teeth collected from 36 cases were treated in the department of pediatric dentistry of Jinan Stomatologic Hospital during July in 2006 to September in 2008.Grinding,direct pulp capping treatment of Dycal and vital pulpotomy were used and 2 year follow up was performed.Results show that early removal of the central cusp under local anesthesia with direct pulp capping of Dycal is a more desirable approach.
