超声诊断ACTH非依赖性肾上腺皮质大结节样增生 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨ACTH非依赖性肾上腺皮质大结节增生(AIMAH)的超声声像图特征。方法回顾分析经病理证实的26例AIMAH患者的超声表现,对其病变大小、形态、边界、内部回声及血流特点进行分析。结果 CT显示49个病灶中,超声漏诊10个较小病灶,9个位于左侧肾上腺,1个位于右侧肾上腺。超声正确定位的39个病灶声像图特点:87.18%病灶呈典型分叶状,94.87%病灶边界清晰,全部病灶内部以低回声为主,92.31%内部回声均匀,所有病灶内部及周边均未见血流信号。结论超声检查有助于诊断AIMAH病灶。 Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of ACTH-independent macronodular adrenal hyperplasia(AIMAH).Methods The ultrasonographic findings of 26 patients with AIMAH confirmed by pathology were reviewed retrospectively.The size,shape,boundary,echo and blood flow of lesions were analyzed.Results Among 49 lesions detected by CT,10 with relatively small size were missed by ultrasound,of which 9 were in the left adrenal glands and 1 in the right.The 39 lesions located correctly manifested as lobulated in 87.18%,well-defined in 94.87%.All the lesions were hypoechoic,and 92.31% were homogeneously echogenic.Color flow signal was not found in any lesion.Conclusion Ultrasonography is a reliable imaging method for the diagnosis of AIMAH.
