超声诊断胎儿先天性白内障2例 被引量：1

摘要 病例1：孕妇23岁,孕1产0,孕27＋1周,来我院接受常规产前超声检查。孕妇身体无不适,孕中期致畸因子筛查阴性,无不良生育史。超声：BPD 69 mm,FL 49 mm,LOP位,羊水最深径40 mm,双侧眼球大小正常,晶状体透声不清,呈强回声（图1）,玻璃体透声好,余各部位未见明显异常。超声诊断：胎儿双眼先天性白内障。孕妇要求终止妊娠,引产后证实。
