摘要 人力资源外包服务提供商选择的合适与否对企业人力资源外包绩效有着决定性的影响。构建了初始评价指标体系,运用粗糙集属性约简理论对指标进行约简,引入集对分析理论,建立了外包服务商选择的集对分析评价模型,评价结果更加合理,为企业正确选择外包服务商提供了一种新的结构性方法。 Whether the selection of the human resource outsourcing service agent is suitable or not is vital to the success of the performance of the human resource outsourcing service. Using the reduction theory of rough set,the initial index system is simplified by deleting the highly related indicators. Then,using the set pair analysis,the evaluation and selection model is established,which makes the evaluation result more reasonable so that the enterprises can choose the more proper human resource outsourcing service agent.
