摘要
用白蚁酒对昆明种小鼠进行抗疲劳和免疫调节的功能评价实验。结果表明，白蚁酒具有较好的抗疲劳作用，并可提高小鼠外周血淋巴细胞转化率。提示白蚁酒是利用白蚁开发保健功能食品的一种较好方式。
Anifatigue and immuno-regulation tests were conducted on mice, by termite wine (M. borneyi Light & O. fomosanus Shiraki). The result showed that the sample was effective on antifatigue, and on increasing teh perilymphocyte transformative rate in tested mice.
