摘要
目的:通过调查研究,探讨本市护理管理者心理健康状况。方法:选取2009年3-8月调查本市11家二级以上医院278名护理管理者为研究对象,采用SCL-90量表对护理管理人员进行调查,参考正常值范围,评定护理管理者心理健康状况。结果:将收集到的SCL-90测试结果与全国常模相比,护理管理人员的强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子的得分均高于全国常模,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而躯体化、恐惧、精神病因子的得分平均水平与全国平均水平差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护理工作和管理工作的特殊性和复杂性不利于护理管理者心理健康。医院和护理管理者都应采取一定措施改善心理健康状况,提高心理健康水平。
Objective:To research,explore the city managers of mental health care.Methods:select 2009 inAugust 3-11 hospitals inves- tigation of nursing managers 278 as the research object,by SCL-90 scale of nursing management personnel,the scope of investigation and evalu- ation of the normal reference administrators mental health.Results:The SCL-90 collected from the test results compared with the national norm, care managers obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoid factor scores were higher than the national norm, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).And somatization,fear,mental factor score average and the national average difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The care and management of the special nature and complexity is not conducive to mental health care managers.Hospital and nursing administrators should take certain measures to improve mental health,mental health improvements.
