摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在慢性乙肝患者中的护理效果。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组患者实施护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的随机教育护理方法,比较入组时和护理干预2月后两组患者焦虑、抑郁、生活质量和对疾病相关知识的掌握情况。结果:两组患者均减轻心理障碍,提高了生活质量,促进了对疾病相关知识的掌握,但是观察组效果更好(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预有利于患者疾病的治疗,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To study the efficacy of nursing intervention in patients with chronic Hepatitis B.Methods：100 patients were divided randomly into observation group（50 eases）and control group（50 cases）.The observation group was used with nursing intervention,the control group was used with the traditional method of education in nursing.Then two groups of anxiety,depression,quality of life and mastery of knowledge on the disease was observed after two months.Results：All patients to reduce psychological barriers,improve the quality of life,promote the mastery of knowledge related to disease,however,it is better in observation group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention help patients with diseases,improve the quality of life,and be worthy of clinical application.
