摘要
以辽宁省14个地级市为研究对象,在构建工业地产投资环境评价指标体系的基础上,应用基于实数编码的加速遗传算法(RAGA)的投影寻踪(PP)方法对各市的投资环境进行定量分析。在此基础上对14个地级市的工业地产投资环境进行排序与分类,将评价结果与相关研究成果进行比较,验证了评价的有效性。针对改善工业地产投资环境提出了完善的对策与建议。
Based on the establishment of the building the evaluation index system for the industrial real estate investment environment,this paper applied Projection Pursuit（PP） method based on the Real coding based Accelerating Genetic Algorithm（RAGA） to quantitatively analyze the investment environment of 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province in China.The industrial real estate investment environment of each city was sorted and classified.The evaluation results and the relevant research results were compared to validate the effectiveness of the assessment method.The countermeasures and recommendations were proposed to improve the investment environment of the industrial real estate.
