摘要
目的探讨采用三种不同方法治疗耳廓假性囊肿的效果,并进行疗效比较。方法将129例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分为三组,并分别采用碘酒+He-Ne激光照射、穿刺抽液注入无水酒精+石膏固定及手术治疗三种不同方法进行治疗,并随访6个月以上。结果碘酒+He-Ne激光照射组与穿刺抽液注入无水酒精+石膏固定组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.51,P>0.05),手术治疗组与碘酒+He-Ne激光照射组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.07,P<0.01),同样手术治疗组与穿刺抽液注入无水酒精+石膏固定组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.76,P<0.01)。结论手术切除囊壁是治疗耳廓假性囊肿最为安全而有效的方法,可达到一次性治愈的目的 。
Objective To investigate and compare the effects of the three different methods to treat auricle pseudocyst.Methods One hundred and twenty-nine patients with auricle pseudocyst were randomly divided into three groups,iodine with He-Ne laser group of puncturing and injection with absolute ethanol with plaster fixation group,and exairesis group.The follow-up time was more than 6 months.Results There was no significant difference between iodine with He-Ne laser group and puncturing and injection with absolute ethanol with plaster fixation group（χ 2=0.51,P0.05）.There was significant difference between iodine with He-Ne laser group and exairesis group（χ 2=10.07,P0.01）.There was significant difference between puncturing and injection with absolute ethanol with plaster fixation group and exairesis group（χ 2=13.76,P0.01）.Conclusion The exairesis is the most effective and safe method to treat auricle pseudocyst and can achieve the purpose of a cure for only once.
