摘要
目的对比分析非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术（off-pump CABG）和体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术（on-pump CABG）对老年冠心病的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2005年至2009年间39例off-pump CABG手术与21例on-pump CABG手术患者的临床资料。结果围术期死亡1例,病死率为1.67%。59例出院患者随访6个月~4年,随访期间无死亡病例。绝大多数患者无心绞痛复发。结论与on-pump CABG相比,70岁以上冠心病患者行off-pump CABG是安全可行的,更利于术后的早期恢复。
Objective To compare and evaluate the clinical effective of off-pump CABG and on-pump CABG in treating the elderly patients above seventy years old with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods Reviewing the data of patients who underwent bypass procedures between 2005 to 2009,21 patients underwent on-pump CABG and 39 patients received off-pump CABG during the same period.Results One death occurred perioperatively.The mortality was 1.67%.Fifty-nine cases were followed-up after operations from 6 months to 4 years,no death during the period.The vast majority of non-recurrence of angina symptoms.Conclusion Compare to on-pump CABG,off-pump CABG for patients over 70 years old is safe and feasible,the patients recover more quickly in the early days after operation.
