5种新型化学杀菌剂对辣椒疫霉病菌的毒力与药效 被引量:3

摘要 为筛选辣椒疫霉病的有效防治药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法、游动孢子释放抑制法和室内盆栽,对5种新型化学杀菌剂(双炔酰菌胺、银法利、普力克、安博和阿米西达)进行了室内毒力测定和盆栽防效试验.室内毒力测定结果表明,双炔酰菌胺对辣椒疫霉病菌菌丝生长抑制作用最强,其EC50值为0.06 mg.L-1;银法利次之,其EC50值为1.41 mg.L-1.银法利对辣椒疫霉病菌游动孢子释放抑制作用最强,其EC50值为11.73 mg.L-1;双炔酰菌胺次之,EC50值为30.78 mg.L-1.盆栽试验结果表明,稀释1 000倍液的5种杀菌剂中,687.5 g.L-1银法利悬浮剂对辣椒疫霉病的盆栽防效最好,平均防效为76.92%;其次为25%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂和50%安博可湿性粉剂,平均防效均为69.23%. With the purpose of screening fungicides to control effectively Phytophthora capsici Leonian,the mycelial linear growth rate method,release inhibiting method of the zoospores,and potted plants test were adopted to test the control effect of five fungicides on P.capsici.The results indicated that mandipropamid had the best inhibiting effect on the hypha growth of pathogen with the EC50 value of 0.06 mg·L-1.The effect of Yinfali(Previcur-N+ Fluopicolide)followed with the EC50 value of 1.41 mg·L-1.While in the release inhibiting experiment of the zoospores of P.capsici sporangium,Yinfali exhibited the strongest fungicidal activities with the EC50 value of 11.73 mg·L-1.The second was mandipropamid with the EC50 value of 30.78 mg·L-1.The results in pot experiments showed 687.5 g·L-1 Yinfali SC with 1 000-fold dilution had the best control effect being 76.92%,followed by 25% mandipropamid SC and 50% thiram WP with 69.23% control effect.
