摘要
介绍了欧盟对外部电源适配器节能要求；通过对比传统外部电源适配器和节能型外部电源适配器电气结构，说明了节能原理，并介绍了外部电源适配器的发展方向。最后，通过测试结果，验证了节能电源适配器的节能原理。
Thesis energy - saving demand for EU external power adapter were introduced, and the principle of energy - sav- ing through comparing the electrical composition of the classic external power adapter with the energy - saving one＇s were expounded. Then development of the external power adapter was introduced. At last the principle of the energy - saving exter- nal power adapter with the result of the experiments was verified.
