摘要
随着1912年近代民主政权的建立,民国时期的机关文书和档案工作都明显有别于传统的古典文档工作,其荦荦大者当为反映近代文档工作新内容的术语系统。机关文档工作术语的使用日趋于合理和规范,多数术语为新中国建立后的机关档案工作所沿用。本文就民国时期机关文书和档案工作中一些基本术语使用的情况作简单梳理,并以此来说明传统文档制度近代化的转型和发展成果。
With the establishment of modern democratic government in 1912,the mechanism writ and archives work were obviously different from traditional classical file work in the period of the Republic of China,and most essential points were to reflect terminology system of new contents in modern file work.While the term usage of mechanism file work is gradually become reasonable and normative,and most of terms are continue to use in mechanism archives work after the founding of China.So this article lists service condition of a few basic terms by mechanism writ and archives work systematically in the period of the Republic of China,and here by illustrates modernize transition and development achievements of traditional file institution.
