摘要
运用实地调研及案例分析法调查、分析我国公共档案馆电子文件信息资源公共获取的现状,指出目前我国公共档案馆可供公众获取的电子文件信息资源数量有限、内容单一、电子文件信息资源真实性、完整性、可读性缺乏保障,而公民在线可获取的电子文件信息资源尤其匮乏,在线获取电子文件信息资源的检索系统设计不完善,针对这些问题提出完善立法、加强在线电子文件信息资源全文数据库及检索系统的建设、培育公民的信息素养及加强档案馆工作人员公共服务意识等若干策略建议。
Using the methods of field research and case analysis,the author analyzes the current status of the public access to the electronic records information resources in the archives,pointing out that the electronic records information resources that the public can get access to are rare,the contents are one fold and their authenticity,integrity and readability can not be guaranteed,especially the electronic records information resources online are very few and the search system is not convenient enough,then the author puts forwards some strategies such as perfecting laws and regulations,strengthening the construction of online electronic records information resources and the search system,cultivating the public＇s information literacy and the archivists＇ sense of public service.
