Formly, a control circuit designed based on the integrated chip was used in the accelerator, but it often occured malfunction when the arcing happened in the accelerator interior, for example, the HA17741 amplifier burst, L7815CV regulator didn't output 15 V voltage and the heating power couldn't output voltage and so on. All the result due to the integrated chip itself can't resist the interference when the high-voltage arcing happened.
