本文以成都市的公共服务流程再造为例，通过阐述成都市公共服务流程再造的背景、基本原则、设计思路、主要模式以及成果评估，为当前公共部门实施流程再造提供实践借鉴。
Exemplified by the rebuilding of process of public service in Chengdu, this text explores the backgrounds, basic principles, the designing methods, main modes and evaluations of the process rebnilding, and provides a practical example of process rebnilding for the present public sectors
