摘要
目的探讨应用食指背侧岛状皮瓣治疗拇指背侧深度烧伤创面的可行性和方法。方法自1998年11月至2007年11月,我们手术应用食指背侧岛状皮瓣一次修复同侧拇指的深度烧伤创面,共计21例患者和21个烧伤创面入院后4d内应用该方法获得修复。结果皮瓣全部成活,经过3～4年的随诊,皮瓣感觉恢复良好,7例伴有拇指背伸肌腱和指间关节损伤的患者中有5例患者拇指活动功能恢复良好。结论应用食指背侧岛状皮瓣修复同侧拇指深度烧伤,尤其用来修复伴有拇指背侧肌腱、关节外露或损伤的深度烧伤创面是一个理想的方法。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and method of application of dorsal skin flap of index finger to cure deep burn of thumb.Methods 21 cases of inpatients suffering from deep burn of thumb were conformed this operation within 4 days after admitted to our hospital between 1998,11 and 2007,11.Results All of the flaps satisfactorily survived.After 3 to 4 years follow-up,the flap gained satisfactory feeling and 5 of 7 patients companied with injured tendon and joint of thumb regained good function.Conclusions It is an idea method that dorsal skin flap of index finger is used to cure deep burn of thumb especially companied with tendon and joint injury.
