摘要
通过文献资料法、调查法等,对我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状中存在的问题进行深入分析,找出影响我国竞技体育后备人才培养的主要因素并提出相应的对策。"体教结合"趋势的发展,使高等学校实施体育精神教育成为高校精神文明建设的重要创新点和新的课题。
Based on lots of references,the method of investigations and so on,this paper studies the problems on present situation of cultivating sports talents＇ reserve in our country,finds out major factors affecting the cultivation situation and puts forward feasible proposal.With the development of tendency about ＂combination of sports and education＂,carrying out sports spiritual education in universities becomes important innovation and new subject in universities spiritual civilization construction
