摘要 高血压病是一种临床常见病和多发病,近年来有继续增长的趋势,本文综述近年来国内外关于高血压的发病机理、运动疗法降血压的机制以及降血压运动处方制定的相关信息,旨在为我国此领域的研究提供依据。为运动降血压提供科学有效的理论指导。 Relevant information that the domestic and international mechanism about the hypertension kinesiatrics and movement prescription make in recent years of this text survey,aim at offering the basis for research of this field of our country.
