摘要
本文对我国单板U型场地滑雪裁判员队伍的分布、年龄、学历结构及执法情况等方面进行了分析,力求找出项目发展初期在裁判员队伍建设方面所存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,以期对该项目在我国的进一步发展起到促进作用。
Referee is the judge of the whole match,the referee could be justice,accurate all have very important influ- ence on contest and future develop.When the half pipe match,referees should compare players to evaluate,but not evaluate according to a fixed standard.Compared with the other snow project,the half pipe score rule not comparatively careful,have caused referee＇s subjectivity judgement to be strong relatively.As a result,building a high quality half pipe referee team is the key factor for the development of this event.This paper analyzes the half pipe referee team with the location,age,education,career law enforcement situation etc.We are trying to find problems of referee team con- struction at the beginning of the half pipe and give some relevant advises for the half pipe developing.
