摘要
通过观察不同强度的起等长跳跃和负重组合训练对男子排球运动员不同肌肉群力量发展指标进行测定,两组力量指标比较分析。结果表明:两组分别和实验前比较,力量指标水平普遍升高,两组实验后结果比较,组合训练组的握力收缩时间、大腿和小腿的伸肌力量、收缩时间和速度力量指数显著高于对照组。说明组合训练优于传统基础训练,尤其对小腿力量发展更显著。
Goals:The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the combined training method which involved plyometric and weightlifting on different muscle groups of female volleyball athletes.Methods:16 female volleyball athletes were divided into two groups randomly and examined 6 weeks through combined and basic training methods.The obtained results of strength test are analyzed.Results:Most of the obtained results of strength of two groups have statistical significant different from initial.The results were compared,the difference are detected with leg strength.Conclusion:The combined training model is better than the basic model,especially for crus strenthing.
