摘要
通过对哈尔滨市中学篮球后备人才的现状调查,探讨了中学篮球后备人才在培养、输送、梯队建设等方面存在的问题,提出对篮球后备人才培养的发展对策和建议。
Through investigating the present situation of basketball supportive talents of high school in Harbin,the paper discusses the problems of cultivation,converying and echelon constrution for basketball supportive talents in high school and provides development strategies and constructions for the basketball supportive talents cultivation.
