摘要
本文基于对组织间合作网络理论、作为一种公共服务供给模式的可行性分析、组织间合作网络治理这三个方面的论述，力图从中探索和构建作为公共服务供给新模式的组织间合作网络，旨在进一步从理论上理解和论证在我国构建公共服务组织间合作网络的可能性。
This article intends to conduct a explorative study, form the perspective of inter-organizational cooperative network on the public service provision under this multiple society, the author makes analyses on the establishment of inter-organizational network as new model of public service provision, summarizes the theory of inter-organizational cooperative network, and analyses the feasibility of the network as a mode/of public service provision and describes the governance of the inter-organizational networks.
