摘要
研究选取拉丁舞中的伦巴、恰恰、牛仔舞为教学内容,对50名女大学生进行17周、每周3次的干预训练,对女大学生的身体形态和身体素质的各项指标进行实验前、后测量,并对测量所得数据进行自身对比研究,对实验数据统计分析后,其结果显示:拉丁舞训练不仅能够改善女大学生的身体形态,同时也能提高女大学生的身体素质,对女大学生的身体健康起到了积极促进的作用。
50 ordinary female students,taught Latin dance,have been experimented for an interventional training three times a week and it lasted 17 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the female students have been measured for every indicator in figure and psychological quality,and the survey data from their own have been contrasted.The statistical analysis showed that Latin dance training can not only change the female students' physical shape,but also improve their psychological quality,which may play a positive role in promoting the physical health of the female students in university.
