摘要
加强对体育专业学生的能力培养,既是体育教育的需要,也是高校体育教学改革的主要任务。通过成功学理论在排球普修课教学中的运用,将成功学有关知识理念贯穿于教学中的每一个环节,对提高学生的语言表达能力、动作示范能力、教学实践能力和成功意识的培养等均起到了良好教学效果,是适合当前教学改革需要的教学方法之一。
Enhancing the training of students＇ physical education of major in teaching is the need of the physical education,and also the main task of the reformation in physical education training in high education.Through the application of the successful teaching method to volleyball teaching in training the students＇ ability of common elective course,it will penetrate the creeds of successful teaching knowledge every chain.It would play the excellent teaching effect in promoting the students＇ abilities in language expression,in the movement demonstration,in practical teaching and in the training the conscience of successfulness.And it meets one of the teaching methods of the demands of present teaching method of reformation.
