摘要
采用访问调查法了解湖北省普通高校体育教师量化考核情况,结果表明:绩效考核体系尚不健全,探索行之有效的绩效管理办法势在必行。遵循科学性、相关性、全面性和可行性原则,从"德、能、勤、绩"诸方面建立普通高校教学型体育教师绩效考核指标体系,包括教学、科研、兼职与学科建设3个一级指标、11个二级指标、27个三级指标;设计绩效考核表,开发应用软件;实现考核管理工作的规范化、自动化和网络化。
By using the methods of interview and investigation to quantitive analyze the evaluation of P.E instructors in Colleges Universities of Hubei.The results show that the system of performances evaluation is not perfect;to explore a more effective supervisory method is imperative.We could found a system which follows the "scientific,correlative,integrative and feasible" principles;also based on teachers' moral,ability,attendances,achievements.This system includes 3 first level indexes which are the teaching index,scientific research index and concurrent post and the discipline construction index,11 second level indexes,27 third level indexes,performances evaluation table designing and applied software development to implement evaluation work in order to make it normalized,automated,and networking.
