摘要
参考咨询工作呼应社会经济的发展在实务上的不断拓展以及与相关学科的渗透融合，使当代参考咨询具有比历史上远为丰富、深刻的特性。本文论述了现代参考咨询工作的六大特性：服务性、敏感性、广泛性、智能性、微观性和学术性。

Reference service has been constantly opening up in the ways and the contents and the interrelated subjects have infiltrated into the reference service with the social and economic development,so the reference service of our time has far richer characteristics than any period in the history.This article discusses the 6 characteristics of the modern reference service:serveability,sensitivity,extensiveness,intelligibility,microcosmicness and academicality.
