摘要
知识经济时代，图书馆资源发生巨变。本文分析了知识经济和知识信息资源开发利用的关系以及图书馆开发利用知识信息资源的传统方式和现代方式的关系。

In the age of knowledge_based economy,the library resources have changed enormously.This essay analyzes the relations between knowledge-based economy and the development of the resources of knowledge-based economy. It also analyses the relations between the traditional ways and the modern ones in which these information resources are developed and used in libraries.
