摘要
在家庭经济困难学生认定工作中对认定程序透明度的追求不能以牺牲学生隐私权为代价,给予学生经济资助的同时不能伤害学生的人格尊严。在认定工作中可以实行"代码制"与"实名制"相结合的双重评议制度。
Privacy must not be sacrificed for transparency in the accreditation of poverty-stricken students and their human dignity is not to be hurt when they are granted financial aid. This paper puts forth a double appraisal system which combines code with the real name.
