摘要
随着高等教育管理体制改革的发展和推进,高校多校区化带来管理任务、管理水平、管理目标等一系列问题,本文通过分析我国高校高低年级分区办学的形成原因及其在思想教育管理工作中出现的问题,探索解决问题的方法。
With the deepening of institutional reform of higher education,a train of problems have arisen in college management tasks,standards and objectives in the multi-campus environment. This paper discusses why higher-grade students and lower-grade students study in separate campuses,and then explores solutions to the problems arising in ideological education and management.
