摘要
二十年前学术界就有人提出并简要阐述过政党文化的概念,近些年来学术界就这一概念及其核心内容展开了广泛的研究和讨论,取得了积极的成果。一般认为政党文化是政党的灵魂和生命,但对政党文化概念的界定及其核心内涵的阐述则各执所词。依据学术研究应具有规范性、严谨性、准确性的要求,学界应统一对政党文化的称谓;在研究中国共产党政党文化的同时,不要忽视了国外政党文化的研究;在研究中国共产党优秀的政党文化的同时,应研究它的不足,以保持中国共产党政党文化的先进性,促进它不断发展和进步。
Twenty years ago,some scholars of academic circle raised the concept of party culture and made a brief exposition on it.In recent years,academic circle made some active achievements after extensively researches and discussions about the concept and its content of party culture.At present,scholars agreed that party culture plays a ＂life-and-soul＂ role in the process of party formation,development and building,but they still have different views about the definition and content of party culture.In this thesis,the author makes his own definition of party culture and presents the following propostion：First,academic circle should unify the appellation of party culture.Second,we shouldn＇t neglect the research about foreign party cultures when we research culture of the C.P.C.Third,in order to retain advanced status of party culture the C.P.C.,we should simultaneously research deficiency and excellence of party culture of the C.P.C..
