摘要
当前,大学生中的厌学现象已非个别,它不仅影响高等教育质量的提高,也影响着学生身心健康的全面发展.文章通过引入层次分析法,计算出大学生厌学原因的指标权重,对影响大学生厌学的因素给予量化,从而为学校管理工作者提供更为精确的数据,准确制定出相应的激励政策和发展规划。
It is nonindividual phenomenon at present that students weary study,it affects not only the improvement of the quality of higher education,but also the comprehensive development of students＇ physical and mental health.By introducing the analytic hierarchy process,the paper calculates the index weights of wearing study,which affords the accurate data for school management works to formulate incentive policy and development planning.
