摘要
本溪作为典型资源型城市的老工业基地,以循环经济为视角,优化产业结构,加快产业升级,是本溪市资源型产业面临的最为迫切的任务。本文通过梳理本溪资源型产业转型的资源枯竭与环境问题、经济问题、三次产业问题,依托本溪市优越的区位条件、丰富的自然资源、不断完善的基础建设等,阐述了本溪市资源型产业转型的路径。
As an old industrial base and typical resource city,Benxi is faced with the urgent task,that is taking the cyclic economy as visual angle,optimizing the industrial constitution,and accelerating the industry upgrade.Through carding the problems of exhausted resource,environment,economy and the three times industry,and depending on the favourable conditions,rich natural resource and gradually improved foundational construction,the paper expounds the turn round channel of the resource industry in Benxi.
