摘要
本钢FTSR线试生产一炉规格为3.0~6.0mm＊1250mm的BG510L钢板,测定了钢板的组织、扩孔率λ、应变硬化指数n、塑性应变比r和各项异性Δr,研究结果表明：该产品的组织细小、均匀,钢中有害元素低,钢板具有较高的强度和较好的韧性。
One furnace speciation 3.0~6.0mm＊1250mm BG510L beam plate produced by FTSR technology in BX Iron and Steel Co.,Application the microstructure、Hole expanding propertyλ、n、r andΔr,The results show that,the grains are ver even and fine,the plate have higher strength and excellent toughness,and formability and low temperature impact ductility are excellent.
