摘要
建立了基于非线性隶属函数的集对分析综合评价方法与系统的评价步骤,给出了针对海洋水环境质量评价相应指标的联系度函数表达式.以渤海湾某工程海域的水环境质量评价为例,检验该方法的可行性,结果表明集对评价法具有简洁和易操作等优点,非线性隶属函数能更好的描述评价指标的等级归属程度,评价结果具有更高的可信度.
A synthetic assessment method with nonlinear membership function and systematic procedure were developed in this paper based on set pair analysis theory.Several connection degree functions originated from nonlinear membership function were presented for different evaluation index with sea water quality assessment.The calibration results work well in one building site of Bohai Bay.This shows the set pair analysis method has advantages of concision and easy-operation,and nonlinear membership function can improve membership degree of evaluation index,so the assessment results were credible.
