摘要
为了解决电梯导轨垂直度测量的自动化,设计了电梯导轨垂直度检测机器人.其磁吸附方式的选择是设备检测到准确数据的前提.NdFeB强磁材料的出现为能够提供强吸附力奠定了基础.以该强磁材料为质地的磁轮吸附方式较好地解决了吸附问题.其中导向轮与顶磁轮磁路及结构采用理论分析及优化设计,通过实验表明该磁轮机构能够适应各种恶劣工况.
As the appearance of Elevator Guide Rail's Verticality Measureing Robot,the problem of measuring automation for Elevator Guide Rail's Verticality has been solved.Magnetic adsorption manner is the key point.The appearance of materails of NdfeB make it possible for the strong force of magnetic circuit.The wheels made by the materail is the base for magnetic adsorption manner,which is the best way to solve the problem.The mechanism and magnetic circuit of guide wheels and top magnetic wheels used through theoretical analysis and optimization design can adapt any scurviness working condition.
