摘要
城市边缘区是城乡共同作用的地域单元，如何划分城区、城市边缘区以及乡村地区是目前学术界的主要研究内容。文章在遥感以及ＧＩＳ 等技术支持下，对上海城市边缘区的界定做了一定程度的分析，确定了现今上海城区与城市边缘区的大致分界线，并认为城市边缘区边界是动态变化的。
Urban fringe is a special area with interaction of urban and rural areas. So far how to identify urban fringe from urban area and rural areas is one of the major fields that urban geography concern. This paper tries to make a case study of Shanghai with RS and GIS, then concludes a comparatively boundary between urban area and urban fringe. However, the paper also points out that the boundary of urban fringe is dynamic.
