摘要
探讨了土地利用和土地覆盖的基本涵义及其与人类活动的关系，阐述了土地利用和土地覆盖变化（ 简称ＬＵＣＣ） 的全球环境效应，分析了它在国际全球变化研究中的地位和作用，最后概括总结了我国ＬＵＣＣ 研究的现状与趋势。
After discussing the basic meanings of land use and land cover and their relationship with human activities, this paper expatiates the global environmental effect of land use and land cover change (LUCC), and then analyzes the roles of LUCC in international global change study . Finally it summaries China's LUCC study and trend.
