摘要
介绍了呼吸与凝露作用的机理,并通过实验和计算再现呼吸效应成因,及其对雷达电子设备的危害及影响。呼吸效应的防止对雷达产品有着特殊的意义,因为积水不但会加速腐蚀,还会直接影响微波器件的传输功能,甚至导致打火酿成事故。针对现代雷达电子设备的性能特点,从结构设计上提出全密封和半密封及通风结构设计,在工艺手段上采用"人工肺"、呼吸性涂料、防结露涂料以及调湿材料等来预防及防止呼吸、凝露作用的发生。
The mechanism of respiration and condensation is introduced in this paper.By experiment and calculation,the reason of respiration effect is analyzed,as well as hazards and influences on radar electronic equipments.The prevention of respiration effect has special importance to radar equipment.The accumulated water would not only cause accelerated corrosion,but also directly influence the transmission of microwave devices,even result in the accident of striking fire.Aiming at the performance characteristics of modern radar electronic equipments,the omni-seal,semi-seal and ventilated structure are presented from a view of structure design.In technological design,"artificial lung",respiratory paint,anti-condensation and humidity control materials are applied to prevent and avoid occurrence of respiration and condensation.
