摘要
针对雷达模块化效益涉及众多方面因素的特点,为定量研究雷达模块化效益,首先对雷达模块化效益的概念进行了界定,分析了效益特点,确立了构建评价指标体系的原则。其次针对科研、生产、使用和维修保障四个部门,通过分解与综合的方法,建立了15个分别属于军事效益、经济效益、技术效益和环保效益四种不同形态的效益指标体系,最后根据雷达模块化效益和指标体系的特点,选择灰色层次评价模型进行综合评价,并用具体例子予以论证。
Radar modularization benefit relate to many aspects.In order to make quantitative study on the radar modularization benefit,this paper defines the concept of the radar modularization benefit,analyzes the characteristic of the radar modularization,and determine the principle of benefit evaluation index system of modularization.In view of the scientific research department,production department,operating department,and maintenance department,15 indexes are set up which are belong to the military benefit,economic benefit,technical benefit and environmental protection benefit.The evaluation index system of the radar modularization benefit are established.Finally,based on the characteristics of the radar modularization benefit and the evaluation index system,the grey hierarchy is used to make comprehensive evaluation on the radar modularization benefit.
