摘要
以校内资助立项项目的产出量(如以此为基础申报成功的高层次项目数、论文数、著作数和专利数等)为参量构建绩效评价指标体系,阐述构建普通高校校内科研项目绩效评价体系的原则及意义。运用层次分析法确定指标权重,建立评价模型。该模型能反映出科研人员的科研能力和水平,通过对模型数据的分类汇总,为学校科研管理部门制定相关政策提供有力的依据。
This paper constructs index system of performance evaluation considering output of funded project on-campus(such as reporting the number of high level-projects,papers,books,patents based on this) as the parameter,and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight as well as build evaluation model,which can reflect capacity and level of researchers.The classification and subtotal of model data will provide proof for school scientific management to develop relevant policies,so it plays a guiding role to some extent.
