摘要
团队精神是现代企业对高职院校思想政治教育提出的新要求,在团队精神的各要素中敬业与合作是高职院校学生团队精神的核心,高职院校可以通过课程化团队训练、项目性团队训练、活动型团队训练等体验式训练方式来培育学生的团队精神。
Group spirit is a new request of modern enterprise to higher vocational technology colleges.Among the key elements of group spirit of such students,dedication and cooperation are the core.Thus higher vocational colleges can develop students＇ group spirit by such experiential training as group training courses,group training for projects and group training activities.
