摘要
针对高职院校学报编辑部设计的审稿意见书在使用中存在的诟病,具体分析了意见书的评判指标,提出高职院校应根据对自身特点设计出科学、合理、恰当的审稿意见书。
The article points out the denounce using in the submissions of examining manuscripts designed by the journal of the editorial department.It analyzes and proposes that a higher vocational college should be directed by its own characteristics to design scientific,reasonable and appropriate submissions.
