摘要
薇菜是一种经济价值较高的野生植物,富含蛋白质及维生素K、维生素E,可作食用、药用。在我省这种植物分布于海拔800—2100米的低、中山山地。主要生长在黄壤和酸性紫色土上,黄棕壤上与有分布。土壤为酸性,盐基饱和度低,富含有机质及氮素。
O. Japonica Thunb, a wild vegetable, has high economic value. It has rich proteins, vitamin K and vitamin E and is edible and medicinal. The distribution of the vegetable is in the altitude from 800 to 2100 metres in Sichuan. It mainly grows on yellow soils, acid purplish soils and parts of yellow brown soils. The characteristics of the soils are acid, low base saturation and of rich organic matter and nitrogen.
