湖北省猪场圆环病毒病和蓝耳病的血清学和流行病学调查 被引量:2

Serological and Epidemical Investigation of Swine Porcine Circovirus 2 and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Infection on Swine Farms in Hubei Province

摘要 为了了解湖北省猪场猪圆环病毒病和蓝耳病发病情况,采用ELISA法对湖北省12个集约化养猪场398份猪血清进行了猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)和蓝耳病毒(PRRSV)抗体检测。结果显示,共检测出PCV2阳性血清185份,阳性率为38.69%;不同阶段的猪群PCV2阳性率在27.91%~48.25%之间,其中母猪群高于其他猪群,断奶仔猪阳性率最低,也达到27.91%。共检测出PRRSV阳性血清105份,阳性率为26.38%;不同阶段的猪群PRRSV抗体阳性率在15.50%~34.27%之间,其中母猪群高于育肥猪群,断奶仔猪阳性率最低。对不同时间采集的血清检测显示,6月~9月份,PCV2和PRRSV抗体阳性率都高于其他时间,分别为54.46%和31.25%。10月~次年2月份最低,PCV2和PRRSV抗体阳性率分别为30.25%和20.24%。3月~5月份PCV2和PRRSV阳性率介于两者之间,分别为33.17%和23.27%。此结果可为这2种病的综合性防治提供参考。 In order to obtain a primary understanding of the porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2)and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)antibody situation on large-scale swine farms in Hubei Province,398 swine sera samples from 12 large-scale farms in Hubei Province were examined by ELISA against PCV2 and PRRSV.The results of 185 PCV2 positive serum antibodies,total antibody positive rate was 38.69%,including positive rate 48.25% of sow-positive,27.91% of piglet herd and 38.89% of other swine herd.The results of 105 PRRSV positive serum antibodies,in which total antibody positive rate was 26.38%,the positive rate of sow,piglet and other swine was 48.25%,27.91% and 38.89% respectively.The results showed positive rate of PCV2 and PRRSV from July to September was 54.46% and 31.25%.The positive rate of PCV2 and PRRSV was 30.25% and 20.24% from October to February next year.And the number reached to 33.17% and 23.27% from March to May.The results provided a reference for the preventing and controlling of the two diseases.
