摘要
采用室内生长速率法测定了6种杀菌剂对马铃薯硫色镰刀菌(Fusarium sulphureum)的毒力。结果筛选出2种有明显抑菌作用的药剂,30%戊唑福美双WP和40%噁霉福美双WP抑菌效果显著,EC50分别为0.4251μg·mL-1、0.452 1μg·mL-1。室内防治试验表明,戊唑福美双WP和噁霉福美双WP处理种薯,适宜药种比为0.025%～0.02%,对马铃薯薯块安全,对马铃薯干腐病防治效果室内达91.0%～93.6%和91.0%～92.3%。
Toxicity measurement of 6 fungicides on Fusarium sulphureum was studied by growth rate method in Lab.The results showed that 2 fungicides,30% tebuconazole·thiram WP and 40% hymexazol·thiram WP,could inhibit the growth on Fusarium sulphureum obviously.The EC50 was 0.425 1 μg·mL-1,0.452 1 μg·mL-1.Field potted trial indicated that seedtuber treatment with tebuconazole·thiram WP and hymexazol·thiram WP had better control effect on potato dry rot.The results showed this kind of seedtuber treatment was safety to treated seedtuber and the best suitable proportion was 0.025%～0.02%.and their control effect reached 91.0%～93.6%,91.0%～92.3%。
