摘要
文章通过对台湾地区全民健康保险制度实施时的背景和实施后的效果进行分析,反观我国大陆地区的经济社会现状和医疗保障制度运行情况,分析我国整合医疗保险制度的必要性和可行性,并认为当前必须立即转变医疗保险制度建设的理念,逐步整合分割化、"碎片化"的医疗保险制度,从而推动社会主义和谐社会的建设。
This paper analyzes the background and the effect of the National Health Insurance Institution in Taiwan, elaborates economic and social situation about our mainland,then expands the essentiality and the feasibility to integrate our medical insurance system.In the author＇s view,we must change our minds quickly,and gradually integrate our medical insurance system,pushing forward our construction of a harmonious socialist society.
