高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺微灶癌36例的诊断价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺微灶癌的价值。方法:对手术及病理证实甲状腺微灶癌36例的超声声像图和彩色多普勒表现进行分析。结果:甲状腺微灶癌多为单发,癌肿大小<1.0cm,无包膜,低回声多,伴有小砂砾样钙化21例(58.3%),血流丰富23例,中等11例,稀疏2例,伴有淋巴结转移14例(38.9%)。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声能早期发现癌性甲状腺结节,使甲状腺微灶癌可以获得早期诊断及治疗。
