摘要
目的观察应用消痔灵注射液施行固脱注射术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效。方法将1∶1消痔灵混合液注入松弛脱垂的直肠黏膜下层后患者定期复诊,进行疗效分析。结果总治愈率达91.89%,复位固定良好。结论消痔灵固脱注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of applying fixing injection technique with Xiaozhiling injection to cure rectal mucosa inner prolapse. Methods Inject 1：1 Xiaozhiling miscible liquids into the underlayer of the loose and prolapse rectal mucosa and patient return visit periodic and analyse the effect. Results The overall cure rate was 91.89%,a good effect in reposition and fixation. Conclusion The method of applying fixing injection technique with Xiaozhiling injection to cure rectal mucosa inner prolapse is safe and effective,and it deserves to be extended in the clinic.
